ナルトシザーのこだわり
ナルトシザーのハサミは、創業以来技術を受け継ぎ磨き続けてきた職人の手によって作られます。 ナルトシザーは最良のパートナーを作っている 「良いハサミってどんな物ですか？」ナルトシザーの職人に質問すると必ず「技術者の方によって違うなぁ」と返ってきます。「手の形」や「好みの刃付け」を始め、人それぞれの最良を、耳で聞いて、頭でイメージしながら、職人は手でハサミを作っています。 長く長く使ってもらえるように 表の刃の理想的な角度は45度、厚さを保ったまま刃元から刃先まで均一に仕上げていきます。刃の厚みが切れのやわらかさを生み出します。 刃と部品は一つ一つ手作業で鏡面仕上げをします、長く長く使ってもらいたいからです。 金槌で叩いて作り出す刃の「反り」は髪の毛一本分の約0.03mm。二枚の刃を同一に仕上げないといけません。計測器は無く、目と経験で判断し作り上げます。 砥石で裏の刃に刃線をつけていきます。研ぎ過ぎたり、足りなくてもダメ。丁度いい所を感覚で判断しないとスムーズな開閉になりません。 研ぐことで返り刃が出ます。これを取り除くのも職人技。一歩間違えればそ
